The next project of The Darina Takova Foundation is a workshop with Deda Cristina Colonna- an esteemed choreographer, dancer, director and expert in baroque movements and gestures onstage. She will lead a workshop on the importance of the link between speech and body behavior in the baroque opera repertoire. The final performance of the workshop will be in two parts: the first one will be build by arias from G.F. Handel, the second one will be build on segments from “L’Incoronazione di Poppea” which would be a way to celebrate the 450th anniversary of Claudio Monteverdi.
